The Delphin air cleaner, vacuum cleaner (Models Delphin S8, Delphin Gold & Delphin Silver) is manufactured by ProAir Gmbh located in Argenbuhl-Eglofs, Germany. ProAir Gmbh established Delphin Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore. Last year, the turnover of Delphin Singapore was more than S$20 million.

In February 2012, we discovered some of our previous employees and dealers have stolen the Company’s money and products since 2009. This has created a series of problems for the Company. We have reported this matter to the police and are currently under investigation. The report numbers are as follows:

Besides, we also discovered they impersonated as Delphin’s representative and contacted our customers to collect payment and sell non-Delphin products. To protect our customers from these frauds, we have set up a website: http://www.delphinrep.com.sg containing a list of Delphin authorised representatives. We advise our customers to use this website to verify the identity of any person claiming to be Delphin’s representative for collection of payment. We also appreciate if you could contact us immediately, or alternatively, report the person to the police.

With immediate effect, our Company no longer accepts cash payment. All payment for purchase and rental of Delphin products and services shall be made payable to “Delphin Singapore Pte Ltd” via Cheque or GIRO. We also accept payment by Nets, VISA, Mastercard and AMEX. For credit card payment, please ensure our representative provides a payment receipt issued by Delphin Singapore Pte Ltd. The Visa credit card holders of UOB, DBS, OCBC, Citybank and Maybank can also enjoy interest free installation payment.
